ATOM provides fund administration services by means of its collaborative relationship with a number of international networks. ATOM utilizes these networks’ experience within the fund administration industry, which form part of their core business line. Locally, ATOM provides fund formation assistance services and ‘’substance’’, which includes governance, company secretarial and compliance services. The back-office fund accounting work is undertaken in South Africa which provides for a cost-effective solution for end clients.

As a professional trustee, ATOM is authorized by the Malta Financial Services Authority to act as trustee. ATOM adheres to the standards required under the Trusts and Trustees Act, related legislation, as well as to best practice within the industry. Corporate Services and Taxation
With over twenty years’ experience within the corporate sector, the ATOM team focuses on assisting international clients which utilize Malta as a base for their commercial activity. The services offered by ATOM span from company formation and administration (including the provision of Personal and Corporate Directors as well as a Company Secretary), redomiciliation, establishment of a branch, legal and banking support, as well as accounting services. Company set up includes ‘’plain’’ vanilla holding and trading structures to more complex structures such as SPVs and entities which perform a licensable activity. ATOM’s corporate branch also offers marine and aviation services. The marine arm includes private or commercial yacht registration, application for the yacht VAT leasing scheme, yacht charters and registration of mortgages, whilst the aviation sector includes aircraft registration and management services.
